Harlem on the rise! At least that’s what the new wave of Uptown artist are proving, without the shiny suits. Nakim, the latest of the bunch, releases the visual treatment for his Carnage-produced track “Hella Lit.”

Slick Jenkins directed the trippy visuals, which captures Nakim exchanging bars with DC’s own rising star Fat Trel in their naturally turnt up element. Each of the accoutrements for such a setting appear in the visuals.

“Hella Lit” appears on Nakim’s recently released mixtape YNWA+$, which dons production by Lex Luger and Mike Will Made It and guest appearances from Asaad, Gunplay, CurT@iN$ and more. Fans can also check out Nakim on the He Has Risen tour along with headlined by Smoke DZA.
