Usher Raymond has it bad again.
The multi-talented singer has a habit of falling for older women and letting them affect his business decisions.
According to Page Six, his current lady, 43-year-old former Def Jam executive, Grace Miguel has urged the R&B superstar to cut his entire team and replace them with her peoples.
He’s already gotten rid of longtime agent, Mark Cheatham of Creative Artists Agency although Mark expects to return when Usher clears his head.
Usher allegedly canned his mother, Jonetta Patton when his ex-girlfriend Tameka Foster did not get along with her.
Miguel is now his co-manager and sources close to both parties claim that she has total control over the 30-year-old entertainer.
