On this week’s edition of Street WiredI took to midtown New York City to continue the discussion of some of the best albums and mixtapes of 2012. After seeing how much feedback the HHW crew got for last week’s Wired 25breaking down the 25 best mixtapes and albums of the year; we got the official word from the people.

If you missed our Wired 25, albums such as Life Is Good, God Forgives, I Don’t, and channel: ORANGE all were on the list. Mixtapes like Rich Forever, 1999, and Late Nights all made the list as well. See some of the people’s reactions and picks (even if some of them didn’t know how old their “new” favorite albums were) after the jump. Check it out.
