The implosion of Mobb Deep has been one of the most peculiar sagas in Hip-Hop. The two, who were once damn near attached at the hip, are now essentially a done deal mostly due to the vicious darts thrown from Havoc toward Prodigy. P kept a relatively low profile about addressing the situation.
“I can’t even say what’s on the next person’s mind…I just want to work, man. The same thing i’ve been doing since I got home,” Prodigy told Jack Thriller of Thisis50.com. “Been getting a lot of work done, it feels good. It feels good, i’m independent, i feel like I’m in a good place right now. I feel good, so i’m going to keep doing that. Shout to Hav to man, that’s my dog.”
