Evelyn Lozada isn’t scared that her ex will attack her (again) and has asked a Florida judge to lift the restraining order against him.

The Basketball Wives star, and Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson reunited in a Florida courtroom today, and put a portion of their legal drama behind them.

From TMZ:

Evelyn and Chad both appeared in a Florida courtroom … where Evelyn asked the judge to drop the restraining order that was placed against him after she told police he headbutted her during an argument.

After the incident, Evelyn quickly filed for divorce from Chad — after just one month of marriage.

Chad has been on a tour of contrition on TV and the Internet ever since … apologizing left and right … and admitting he has an anger problem. Chad also revealed that he’s getting professional help to deal with his rage issues.

During the court hearing, the judge asked Evelyn if she had been threatened or coerced into making the request to drop the order … to which she replied, “No.”

The judge also asked if she was afraid of Chad … and she also replied, “No.”

The judge granted Evelyn’s request.

Ocho was arrested for allegedly head-butting his bride over the summer, following an argument. Lozada believed that her husband of only one month had been unfaithful, and the verbal exchange ended with the New York native being taken to a nearby hospital with a gash in her head.

Sources told the site that the mother of one is unsure what the future holds for her relationship with the former Miami Dolphins star, but wants to “start talking to him again.”

God luck with that.
