Looks like Soulja Boy got a W last night, too. The “Turn My Swag On” rapper claims he bet $200,000 on the Baltimore Ravens, who won Super Bowl XLVII last night.
Soulja Boy was a passenger in Sean Kingston’s whip when he revealed that he picked the team not just because of Ray Lewis’ defense of Joe Flacco’s precision quarter backing. But because he uses the team on the Madden NFL 13 video game.
Soulja was hanging out with Sean Kingston in L.A. last night after the game … and explained why he felt so confident bettin’ on the birds. It’s pretty solid logic.
So what’s he gonna do with his winnings? The 22-year-old says he plans on dividing the money between his retirement account and a low-risk mutual fund … JUST KIDDING HE’S GONNA BLOW IT ON SOMETHING REALLY EXPENSIVE!!!!
That would be…a new car, maybe. Shocker. As for this bet, considering that Soulja Boy was allegedly selling tweets to raise cash, would it be too much to ask for a receipt?
Over the weekend, Soulja Boy dropped his own version of Drake’s new single “Started From The Bottom.”
