Next year, fans can expect a lot of new things from T.I., who recently inked a deal with Columbia Records and announced that Pharrell is executive producing his new album, thought to be titled Trouble Man: He Who Wears The Crown. However, while speaking with Sway Calloway on MTV’s RapFix, the Hustle Gang CEO revealed that the name of his next LP is a work in progress.

“Since we started working on the project, and the project has taken a different shape, I think we’re going to postpone that title,” T.I.P. said. Paper Work and Trap Champion could possibly make the cut, according to The Kang. The only thing certain is that the album will be subtitled “The Motion Picture.”

Speaking on why he made the change, T.I. explained, “I continue to work all year round, but sometimes, like two, three months out of the year, my vibe takes me to a different place. And the things that rise to the top of this period, sometimes they take precedent over the things that risen to the top during previous periods.”

Stay tuned, as Hip-Hop Wired will provide the topic after it’s announced. Hear what T.I. had to say below.
