Vado lives, sweats, and breathes Harlem, but this time he finds some inspiration from Brooklyn’s favorite, Jay Z, on his new release “Pimpin.” The track takes direct cues from Jigga Man’s hit single “Big Pimpin.”

Jay’s infamous line, “You know I thug ’em, f**k ’em, love ’em, leave ’em, cause I don’t f**king need ’em,” is weaved into the chorus and inspires equally pimp-like bars from Vado. It’s worth noting that while the inspiration is apparent, the Uptown native’s version greatly differs from it’s familiar predecessor.

“Pimpin” will pear on Vado’s Sinatra EP, which release tomorrow (February 11). Until then, get a sign of things to come via the bouncy record below. Give us your thoughts in the comments section.
