The annual Hot 97 Summer Jam line up was announced today (April 2) and mainstream Hip-Hop fans surely won’t be disappointed. Among the headliners are Nas, 50 Cent, Nicki Minaj and Wiz Khalifa.
Summer Jam 2014 will be going down Sunday, June 1 at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. The scheduled performers are 50 Cent, Nicki Minaj featuring Young Money & Lil Wayne, Nas, Wiz Khalifa, Trey Songz, DJ Mustard featuring YG & Ty Dolla $ign, Kid Ink, Sevyn Streeter, Bunji Garlin, Action Bronson, and Troy Ave. As usual, there will surely be numerous surprise guests as well. Also, the Roots will be celebrating their 20th anniversary during the concert.
The smaller festival stage will be in affect from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and will include performances from Childish Gambino, Jhene Aiko, Mack Wilds, August Alsina, Iggy Azalea, Chinx, and Nipsey Hussle.
Last year’s Summer Jam XX featured performances from Chris Brown, 2 Chainz and Wu-Tang Clan.
