Today brought not one, but two Raekwon appearances. The second is a new solo track titled “Gamble,” featuring Bodega Bamz and SpankJusBizzness.
Produced by Scram Jones, the cut dons a head nod inducing beat that the trio of MCs treat properly. First up is Tanboys representative Bodega with a gritty verse, followed by The Chef, who throws his darts properly. “Do it for the b*tches in prison/ Do it for the n***as who listen/ Keep it real, take his pistol,” Raekwon raps. Staten Island’s own Spank closes the cut with slick lines interwoven into an intricate flow.
Expect more music from Raekwon, as he’s now set to appear on Wu-Tang Clan’s A Better Tomorrow LP and has his F.I.L.A. (Fly International Luxurious Art) album on the way. It’s unclear where “Gamble” will land, but fans can stream the record below.
