The Queensbridge MC perfectly explains the problems of the music business and the hypocritical beliefs of those who run it over sweeping Large Professor production. “And Beef DVD is on BET / so every artist who was on it was beefing for free / while the royalties are going to QD3 / that’s Quincy Jones’ son, what he know about beef?,” spits Mega.
With a telling Louis Farrakhan speech about the pitfalls about being an artist spliced throughout, this track is sure to cause some much needed conversation within the Rap community.
“Industry” is the first single to his forthcoming album entitled Mega Philosophy which will be entirely produced by Large Professor and feature Redman, Styles P, AZ, Nature, Black Rob and Raekwon.
