Saturday Night Live cast member Jay Pharoah has a penchant for impressions, especially those of the Hip-Hop elite. The funnyman morphed a bit of those comedy chops into musical form with his latest video, “Problems.”
Pharoah has been down the rap parody road once before with his hilarious spoof of Kanye West’s “I Am A God” track on at the Above Average comedy network website. With “Problems,” a capable Pharoah raps seriously enough before breaking into a series of comical laments over problems other rappers are sure to have at times.
