Despite thousands of armchair parents petitioning for Will and Jada Pinkett Smith to be burned at the stake for allowing their 13-year-old daughter to be photographed with a half-naked 20-year-old, the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services has cleared the Hollywood couple of any wrongdoing regarding the matter.
The 20-year-old in question was Hannah Montana actor Moises Arias who was said to be a longtime family friend. It seems like the proper authorities agree.
Reports Radar Online:
DCFS officials, insiders told RadarOnline.com, took no action against the A-list couple, only advising them to keep close watch on their children’s social media pages to avoid such occurrences in the future.
A source told us that after investigators examined the case and spoke with those involved, they discovered “no evidence presented that Willow has ever been in any danger around Moises, or that she has ever been physically or emotionally abused,” adding they found Willow to be “a very well adjusted, smart, and articulate young lady.”
Pinkett Smith blasted the paparazzi media (in their faces) in May, fuming, “”Here’s the deal: There was nothing sexual about that picture or that situation. You guys are projecting your trash onto it. You’re acting like covert pedophiles and that’s not cool.”
