Suge Knight‘s struggle—after allegedly running over a man and killing—continues to flourish. The former Death Row Records exec says he’s not being treated very nicely in jail and his human rights are being violated.

Reports TMZ:

Suge filed legal docs, obtained by TMZ, in which he says the L.A. County Sheriff’s detective in charge of his murder case got a judge to shut down his ability to communicate with the outside world for an indefinite period of time.

Suge says he’s now sitting in isolation, unable to even make a phone call.

The docs don’t say why the Sheriff’s Dept. wants Suge radio silent … it could have something to do with alleged witness intimidation. We’ve reached out to the Dept. but they’re not talking.

Suge claims his basic human rights are being violated.

Did he think jail would be like an extended hotel stay? Suge has been in the bing, and gone through multiple lawyers, since his arrest on murder charges.

He lost his phone and visitor privileges earlier this year and is being held on $10M bail.
