We’ve established that Rich Boy is indeed still rapping, and now the Alabama spitter hopes to build up momentum with his new track, “Break The Pot.” The heavy synths and a spaced out melody sound like an Atlanta anthem. It’s a wonder why Future isn’t crooning his heart out on the track.

Instead, Hemi provides some guest vocals on the chorus. No falsettos here though, thankfully.

With its memorable chorus and catchy soundscape, “Break The Pot” has the components necessary for radio spins, so don’t be surprised if the former Zone 4 affiliate rolls the cut out as a single.

“Break The Pot” will appear on Rich Boy’s forthcoming mixtape Back To Class. Considering that it’s been over five years since the Interscope rapper dropped his self-titled debut album, which featured hits “Throw Some D’s” and “Boy Looka Here,” any new material is appreciated. “Break The Pot” certainly won’t live in infamy like the aforementioned smash records, but here’s to hoping that Rich Boy will get his “it” factor back.
