After a controversial 2012, Havoc (formerly?) of Mobb Deep is ready to get back to business with his upcoming album 13.

This first offering off of the album is called “Tell Me To My Face” and it features Detroit’s own and one quarter of Slaughterhouse, Royce Da 5’9″. This record is produced by Havoc and co-produced by FMG. It keeps that familiar haunting sound that is reminiscent of that old Mobb Deep sound that you quite possibly may never hear again.

As it has been widely reported, the entity known as Mobb Deep may never record another record together again after an explosive breakup that took place in 2012 between his long time partner Prodigy.

Aside from that, this song sounds pretty raw and features the usually impressive verse from Royce, one of the game’s most respected lyricists.

Get a lisen to Havoc’s “Tell Me To My Face” after the jump and be on the look out for 13 coming soon.
