Peter Rosenberg habitually brings out the best in Odd Future members during interviews, the most recent of which was with one of collective’s more pensive MCs in Earl Sweatshirt. The Hot 97 radio personality coordinated the sit down during SXSW last week. The two discussed just about everything, including the difficulties Sweatshirt saw returning to Hip-Hop, meeting Andre 3000, his favorite MCs, and more

Domo Genesis, who was an onlooker, randomly chimed in while the California native recalled special experiences, like having lunch with Andre 3000. “I ate lunch with Andre 3000 last year,” said the “Chum” rapper, who credits their relationship to he and the Outkast rapper sharing lawyers. “He heard me on the Frank [album]. I had met him twice before, but then we went to lunch.”

The young MC randomly revealed other fun facts, like his favorite video shoot, which happened to be for “Whoa.” He also performed a hilarious reenactment of Tyler, The Creators’s antics while directing his the visual. “He’ll get quiet and [be] like, ‘Alright, you’re doing a great job, just do that again.’ And then he’s like, ‘WHO TRYING TO GET THEY D**K SUCKED!?'”

See the jokes fly in the lighthearted interview below.
