Wow, that didn’t take long. One day after announcing his affiliation with Young Jeezy‘s CTE World imprint, YG follows up with a new track called “Ride For My N***a.”

The song has potential to be a heater, which can be credited, in part, to a pair of quality features. YG‘s new head honcho Jeezy and Atlanta up and comer Rich Homie Quan assist.

Long time collaborator and recent Roc Nation signee DJ Mustard handles the production efforts. The bounce-heavy beat pairs well with a chorus that’s inspired by Lil Wayne’s Da Drought 3 standout “The Sky is the Limit.”

Fans anxiously awaiting YG’s long-delayed debut, I’m From Bompton, may receive the project soon enough. According to the west coast local, “The album finna come out. He [Young Jeezy] goin’ hard for me.”

There’s no word on when the LP will officially release. Until then, check out “Ride For My N***a” below.
