Gilbert Arenas continues to make news for antics other than his play on the basketball court. In late June, Agent Zero was arrested after being pulled over with a truckload of fireworks and he has now been charged with misdemeanor possession of dangerous fireworks without a permit.
According to TMZ, since Arenas was nabbed with more than 100 pounds of fireworks, and is now looking at up to one year in jail as well as up to $10,000 in fines.
Arenas was originally pulled over for speeding by California Highway Patrol on June 27—he was allegedly going over 80 mph and driving without a license. Authorities discovered over 20 boxes of fireworks and the bomb squad was called in.
