Flatbush ZOMBiES have seen their star rise over the last few years due to tracks like “Thug Waffle.” Expect this to continue with the release of their BetterOffDEAD mixtape.
The New York trio, comprised of rappers Meechy Darko, Zombie Juice and producer/rapper Erick Arc Elliott, return with 19 new tracks for fans to sink their teeth into. This tape is basically an in-house project. Elliot crafted the production on all but two songs — “LiveFromHell” (Harry Fraud) and “TP4” (Obey City) — and features are limited to Action Bronson and Danny Brown.
Expect the music to be raw and a lot darker this time around.
