Well, this is a surprise. Lil Wayne returns with a new track, called “Original Silence,” featuring Mack Maine, for your listening pleasure.
This follows the release of his Dedication 5 mixtape, which didn’t live up to the hype of Tunechi’s past mixtapes like No Ceilings and the previous entries in the Dedication series. We’re not really sold on this hard hitting cut, but it definitely knocks and dons a catchy chorus if that’s what you’re into.
Separately, Wayne’s longtime compadre and partner in rhyme, Mack Maine, is going through a serious legal situation following accusations that he assaulted two woman on a tour bus.
