As Rick Ross crafts Mastermind, he drops another remix to hold fans over in the meantime. His beat of choice for his third effort is K. Michelle’s soulful, Chi-Lites-sampling single “V.S.O.P.”
“Them n***as A&Rs, we run the show/ We on payroll, these suckas pay to roll,” raps The Bawse in the introductory bar.
This follows two previous freestyles — one on Drake’s “Hold On, We’re Going Home” and another using Lorde’s “Royals.”
Mastermind releases December 17 via Def Jam Records. Ross’ club-rattling record, “No Games,” featuring Future, is currently rising the charts. And then there’s his Jay Z-assisted follow-up single, “Devil Is A Lie,” that’s said to be on the way.
