The most infamous on this list, the former Washington, D.C. mayor was arrested back in 1991 on charges of possession of cocaine. He was re-elected, but that didn’t stop him from pleading guilty to misdemeanor charges in 2005. Another drug test showed Barry as being positive for cocaine and marijuana.
