Yesterday, Rick Ross released his long awaited sixth studio LP, Mastermind, a day early, but the celebration was right on time, as the rap star held a release concert at the Best Buy Theater in New York City last night.

The Bawse performed much of his latest opus at the packed venue, and he even invited a few special guests to make the show that much better. Frequent collaborator and Bronx native French Montana joined Ross to perform the Biggie-inspired “Nobody.” Veteran MCs Busta Rhymes and The LOX, who were rumored to be potential MMG signees at one point, also made appearances much to the crowd’s pleasure.

The Miami rapper’s Mastermind album is available now on iTunes. Peep the footage from Rick Ross’ NYC show below and on the following page.
