Taking the leap from being a producer to becoming producer-rapper is more prevalent today than ever before. That said, Blue, The Misfit, who produced Kendrick Lamar’s “P&P,” is back with a new song titled “Drugs On The Schoolyard.”

It appears that K. Dot doesn’t forget those who helped him early on, as he contributed a verse to the psychedelic tune. Don’t get lost in the drowsy instrumentation and distorted vocals. The Dallas native and his Compton counterpart lace this track with with a heaping helping of social commentary.

Thank The FADER for premiering the record.
