T.I. warmed the seat as the Hot 97 morning show crew awaited Iggy Azalea’s arrival. While speaking with the hosts, the Hustle Gang head honcho spoke about his upcoming Paperwork LP in great detail, and even mentioned plans for off-kilter release tactics.
T.I.P. said that he recorded 250 songs that he’s narrowed down into the 25 strongest of the bunch. Before the smoke settles, the veteran rapper will cut five more records.
“Of that 20 [songs on the album], I would like to to take six records at the top, six records in the middle, six records at the end, with two records as intermissions to the three,” T.I. explained. “And I would like to shoot a movie that consists of three short stories, and the three short stories will connect these six records.”
T.I. plans to co-write and co-direct each story and film, respectively.
