It’s been three-and-a-half-years since we last heard from Philly songstress Jazmine Sullivan, but just as summer approaches, she antes up a heater titled “Dumb,” featuring Meek Mill.

Sullivan’s powerful vocal ability goes without saying, but it’s her ability to make a solid, heartfelt single that had fans longing for her return. The singer acknowledges that her man is doing her wrong and is playing her for a fool. This message is spread over booming production that dons marching band percussion. Meek, who embodies the role of her significant other, pleads his case with some slick talk and reaffirmations that he’s sincere about their relationship.

Look for more music from Jazmine Sullivan in the coming months, but until then enjoy “Dumb” below. Give us your thoughts on the track in the comments.
