There comes a point in time where there must be more of a consistency in calling law enforcement for their countless blunders.
In the latest screw up from the badge, a woman was hospitalized; suffering a heart attack after officers entered her home to perform a drug raid, according to The Associated Press.
The home, however, was the wrong address.
Machelle Holl, the daughter of 76-year-old Helen Pruett, stated that her mother became agitated after hearing repeated knocks on her back door. As she went to answer, agents surrounded the home as they continued the beating on her front door and kitchen window,
When she finally let the officers enter, they came to the realization that they had hit the wrong home.
According to Polk County Police Chief Kenny Dodd, Pruett began having chest pains and an ambulance was contacted.
Federal officials are unsure as to how the mix-up happened.
