On Friday night (January 9), legend, rap god, or however you spin it, Slick Rick, celebrated his 50th birthday alongside family, friends and Hip-Hop heads alike at Brooklyn Bowl.
Fellow legend Nas, who attended the shindig, embraced a rare role as a hype man for Rick as he performed his classic 1988 track “Children’s Story.”
The Queensbridge rapper posted a pic of he and Rick on Instagram, captioned “HAPPY BDAY SLICK RICK THE RULER!!!!!!!!”
