Ludacris’ 2015 is off to a wonderful start. The Atlanta rapper was just granted primary custody of his 1-year-old daughter, Cai Bella Bridges.
The actor and rapper was battling his baby mama, Tamika Fuller, for custody in court, and the proceedings got ugly. Fuller recounted how Ludacris attempted to bribe her into having an abortion by paying for the procedure and offering to buy her a house.
Despite these claims, today (Jan. 28) the judged granted primary custody to Ludacris.
“After review of all the evidence, the testimony of the witnesses, the report of the guardian ad litem, and the claims made throughout this entire case, I am gratified that the judge found me to be the most fit and proper parent to have primary physical custody of our beautiful daughter,” said Luda via a press statement.
At the top of the year, Ludacris married his longtime girlfriend Eudoxie Agnan. Media soon reported that Fuller dismissed the moved as an attempt to strengthen his case for primary custody.
Looks like it worked.
