Joe Jackson is planning to file a wrongful death lawsuit against, Dr. Conrad Murray the man that gave Michael Jackson a lethal dose of the drug Propofol.

According to TMZ, the Jackson family patriarch served the doctor a document outlining the claims he’ll bring up against him in court.

According to the document obtained by TMZ, Jackson’s attorney Brian Oxman says the doctor had impaired judgment and was drinking at a strip club before he gave the singer the drug.

“On June 25, 2009, prior to treating Michael Jackson, defendant was at a ‘strip club’ called ‘Sam’s Hofbrau’ in Los Angeles where he had been ‘drinking…It was reckless for him to ‘drink’ prior to administering anesthesia to Michael Jackson.  He concealed his conduct from Michael Jackson.”

The document also adds that Michael was “confused, easily frightened, unable to remember, obsessive, and disoriented” because of the “polypharmacy” of drugs the doctor was prescribing him.

Joe claims his son suffered signs of anemia, pulmonary inflammation and brain swelling before he died and was “cold and shivering” during summer concert rehearsals.

The attorney describes Murray’s conduct as “inhuman” and says it was “an extreme violation of the standard of care.”

Doctor Murray has since denied the strip club allegations calling them “utter nonsense” and sources close to him tell TMZ that he “never drinks…EVER.”

The document was reportedly served to the doctor on March 27, 2010 and under California law Jackson had to wait 90 days before taking the wrongful death lawsuit to court.

His 90 days will be up Friday, June 25th, the anniversary of Michael Jackson’s death.
