A Kenyan man has made a most unusual request in offering a flock of animals to pay a dowry for 17-year-old Malia Obamas hand in marriage. The man, who works as a city attorney, plans to pay 50 cows, 70 sheep, and 30 goats as a “bride price” and hopes to meet with President Barack Obama.

Speaking with Kenyan newspaper, The Nairobian, Kiprono says aims to meet with Mr. Obama during a visit from the United States president in this coming July. Kiprono, who made headlines representing Kenya’s Deputy President William Ruto during a series of controversial political matters, has made wild claims displaying his affection to Obama’s eldest daughter despite having never met.

More from Standard Digital:

“I got interested in her in 2008. As a matter of fact, I haven’t dated anyone since and promise to be faithful to her. I have shared this with my family and they are willing to help me raise the bride price,” he said. The young lawyer claims his love for Malia is real and not infatuation.

He claims Malia has Kenyan blood since his father Obama has Kenyan roots. “People might say I am after the family’s money, which is not the case. My love is real,” he said, adding that, “I am currently drafting a letter to Obama asking him to please have Malia accompany him for this trip. I hope the embassy will pass the letter to him. I will hand it over to the US Ambassador with whom we have interacted several times.”

Kiprono adds that he will not be “popping champagne” and will keep things traditional by giving his dream bride Kalenjin sour milk and propose to her on a hill where leaders and warriors are typically honored. Kiprono also adds he’ll teach Ms. Obama how to milk cows and cook traditional Kenyan food.

Unless homie wants to catch the Commander-In-Chief fade, he might want to relax this epic pipe dream of his, right?
