Since the mid 90s, Camp Lo has been a pair of rare emcees capable of balancing sharp lyricism with precise flows over smooth as Tennessee Whiskey melodies. The release of their latest cut, “Life I Love” is proof that even two decades after their debut, the duo from the Boogie Down Bronx still carry pens sharp enough to ghostwrite for a team of Canadian rappers. (I kid. I kid.)

Further to the South, Slim Thug continues to work his way back to the top with a slew of recent releases. His latest “Still Surviving” finds the Houston rapper doing donuts in a parking lot, relaxing on a couch, and flossing in a hot tub. His definition of surviving is most people’s definition of shining. Can’t be mad at that.

Check out the rest of today’s releases which include work from Chevy Woods, Gunplay, and more.
