Papoose insists saying you love your girlfriend or wife doesn’t make you less of a man. The Brooklyn rapper and his wife, fellow MC Remy Ma, are the latest couple to join VH1’s Love & Hip Hop, and he thinks their relationship has influenced Hip-Hop culture.
“We actually have been able to influence our culture,” Papoose told Hip-Hop Wired. “At one time it was money over b*tches [and] we don’t love them hoes. Now everybody’s starting to be more couples up. And not hiding—showing love to their significant other. I feel like me and Remy played a major part in being influential as far as that’s concerned.
