The future was written after all. As predicted by Back To The Future 2 fans, the Nike MAG was revealed yesterday, with power laces, and Michael J. Fox showed off his fresh pair on Jimmy Kimmel Live!
Fox first showed off his pair on Facebook (turn the camera horizontal next time!) and then was seen on Kimmel last night rocking his kicks.
The MAGs actually feature “power laces,” and Nike has plans to incorporate the tech in future models.
“By imagining the future, we create it. Product that comes alive, with on-demand comfort and support when you need, product that senses you and adapts to you is right around the corner,” said Mark Parker, Nike, Inc. President and CEO, via a press statement.
Don’t run to a store just yet, the Nike MAG will only be on sale via auction in Spring 2016. All the proceeds will go to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research.
