On Thanksgiving evening, Lil Wayne became a trending topic thanks to the release of his latest mixtape, No Ceilings 2. After a long holiday weekend consisting of a multitude of other musical releases and history being made, it appears that the project is already forgotten in the digital space.

Charlamagne Tha God was feeling this sentiment the day after No Ceiling 2’s unveiling and he voiced his opinion loudly on Twitter saying, “Lil Wayne No Ceilings 2 is WEAK,” in all caps, mind you. “Best thing about that tape is the features. Now who from Wayne camp going to be mad I tweeted that?”

As he’s been known to do on multiple occasions, it was Young Money stalwart Jae Millz who took the honors of defending Wayne’s honor and lashed out at The Breakfast Club member. The irony of the situation is he is indeed featured on the No Ceilings 2 project.

“[Forever] sucking wild d*ck hoping for attention then wanna joke thru airwaves and social media when he get it!,” the Harlemnite fired back. From there, a heated war of words were exchanged with Jae Millz making direct mentions to Charlamagne nearly getting jumped in the streets of New York City and his wild interview with Onyx.

Millz, who has been signed to Lil Wayne since 2008, only tends to make headlines when he’s being vocal on social media. He biggest moment in Hip-Hop was arguably in 2010 when he claimed he didn’t know any of the current XXL Freshmen class, which caused his name to be dragged across the mud on Twitter. A few days before the release of No Ceilings 2, he dropped his umpteenth mixtape in All Praises Due, which hasn’t exactly been burning up DatPiff.com.
