There’s a special place in hell for these ingrates. Police report that three people, two men and a woman, are being sought for robbing an armless teenage of his phone in Staten Island.

Reports the New York Daily News:

The victim, 18, had finished talking on a cell phone cradled on his shoulder when he laid it down on a ledge outside the Stop & Shop at Forest Ave. near Veltman Ave. in Port Richmond on Nov. 20 around 8 p.m., cops said.

At that point, two of the suspects approached him and asked for money, while a third ran off with the phone, the NYPD said.

When the victim ran after the thief, the other two goons got in his way and rummaged through his pockets. But they came up empty, cops said.

The thieves were laughing at the armless man while they robbed him, police sources said. The NYPD released photos of the three suspects, a woman and two men, on Friday. Cops ask anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS.

Don’t expect those three to be walking free much longer.
