There’s never a dull moment in Houston, just ask the naked lady whose erratic behavior shut down a highway for about two hours. The nude standoff ended Monday (March 7) morning after firefighters were able to coax the nude woman down safely.
“She wasn’t making any sense. A lot of times she was real quiet, but then she had outbursts about the FBI and the CIA is after her,” said volunteer firefighter, Brian Shirley.

Part of Highway 290 westbound near Houston was shut down for more than two hours due to the crash and the standoff.
Aerial video showed the woman twerking and gyrating for passing vehicles just after 9 a.m. Monday.
Firefighters and police officers used ladder trucks to try to coax her down, but she refused to budge. They finally jumped on the top of the big rig and wrestled her into handcuffs.
Houston TranStar reports the dancing woman was preceded by a crash involving three vehicles. It’s believed the woman was driving one of the wrecked cars, but it’s unknown why she decided to climb the big rig and dance.
The unidentified woman was taken to a local hospital to undergo mental evaluation.
