Musician, slay gawd, passport photo wunderkind Prince will be dropping a memoir in 2017. The book will be titled The Beautiful Ones because we’re talking about Prince.
Reports the New York Daily News:
The Purple One will pen a memoir that begins — of course — with his very first memory, he announced Friday night during a show in New York City.
“This is my first one. My brother Dan is helping me with it. He’s a good critic and that’s what I need. He’s not a ‘yes’ man at all and he’s really helping me get through this,” Prince told a crowd that included “Daily Show” host Trevor Noah and Harry Belafonte.
“We’re starting from the beginning from my first memory and hopefully we can go all the way up to the Super Bowl,” he added. “You all still read books, right?”
The book is due out in the fall of 2017 via Random House imprint Spiegel & Grau.
