Wale is now a daddy. The Washington DC rapper’s girlfriend, Chloe Alexis, gave birth to a baby girl in an NYC hospital today (July 22).

Wale is bowing out of his Friday night concert in Brooklyn because he just became a dad for the first time.
TMZ has learned Wale’s girlfriend, Chloe Alexis, gave birth to a baby girl Friday afternoon in a New York City hospital.
He was scheduled to perform at the Barclays Center for the One Africa Music Fest, but just canceled. He’s still at the hospital enjoying fatherhood.
“I never cried and smiled at the same time until today,” tweeted Wale around 6:30 pm. He also dropped a heartfelt message on Instagram that may make you shed a thug tear. See more of his messages on the flip.
