Max B has been imprisoned since 2009 on felony murder charges with reports he wouldn’t be eligible for parole again until 2042. Well, fans of Biggavelli are rejoicing after French Montana allegedly confirmed rumors that the rapper took a plea deal and will be coming home possibly in as little as two years.
As reported by Complex, Max B, real name Charly Wingate, was the subject of discussion today after Montana shared a post on his Instagram page of a screenshot talking about his mentor’s positive news. Wiz Khalifa was the first high profile name who broke open the chatter that Max will be coming home soon, adding to growing fanfare.
Max B took a plea deal for aggravated manslaughter, a far cry from the murder and robbery charges. According to Montana, all but the manslaughter charges have been dropped and it appears time served will be going towards Max’s current sentence.

Despite Khalifa and Montana’s social media utterances, it was said that the news wasn’t officially confirmed by Bergen County officials in New Jersey. However, Complex obtained a statement from Max’s legal team that seems to give that hard confirmation of the news.
