Rick Ross‘ long-awaited Epic Records debut has a title, Rather You Than Me.
Ross revealed the title Rather You Than Me in the most opportune way, during the American Music Awards. First, he sent out some social media signals with the hashtag #RYTM.
Then he appeared on the red carpet at the awards show with a sweatshirt featuring the title.
The album’s first official single is the financially-empowering “Buy Back The Block” featuring Gucci Mane and 2 Chainz.
Ross also dropped some Instagram clips featuring what could be the album cover. It features French-born street artist Mr. Brainwash. Mr. Brainwash also designed the deluxe edition cover for Ross’ 2014 album Mastermind that depicted Ross blowing his brains out with splashes of paint coming out of the side of his head.
Talib Kweli was at the shoot too.
Rather You Than Me has no release date, but is expected to drop in early 2017.
