The things a man will do for power. Mitt Romney is getting clowned for meeting with Donald Trump and looking like he’d rather be somewhere else.
Just this past March, former Presidential candidate Mitt Romney hosted a press conference where he spent almost 20 minutes roasting Donald Trump, calling him everything but a child of God.
Romney, and many other Republicans at the time, thought that this was going to shift people away from voting for Trump. Obviously this didn’t work. Now, fast forward eight months later, Romney is having dinner with Trump in hopes of being named Secretary of State. But, from the looks of it, Romney looks like knows he has sold himself out.
Of course Twitter noticed this and immediately went to work making memes and assumptions about Romney’s facial expression.
