Lamar Odom has checked back into rehab. The former NBA star is seeking help a little over year after a near-fatal drug overdose in a Nevada brothel.

E! News can confirm the former Los Angeles Lakers player recently admitted himself into rehab in San Diego, Calif.
“It was his own decision. He wanted to work on his mental and physical health for the next chapter of his life,” a source shared with E! News. “He has not fallen off the wagon, but he understands the importance of maintaining his sobriety.”
This news comes after word that Odom and Khloe Kardashian’s divorce is being finalized. According to CNN, both parties will officially be “single” on Dec. 17.
