You knew it was coming. The Atlanta Falcons, as well as their fans are catching it from all sides this morning after their epic fail in the Super Bowl.
The city of Atlanta was ready to turn up after what looked like a guaranteed victory going into the fourth and final quarter of the Super Bowl. Even Mayor Kasim Reed pulled an executive order and allowed bars that typically close at 11 p.m. on Sundays, to stay open until 2:30 a.m.
Well, the bars stayed open and people kept drinking. Except it was to drown their sorrows instead of celebrating a victory. Now, the Falcons and their fans are also getting drowned on social media.
