Mystikal is back in major trouble with the law. On Tuesday (Sept. 19), the “Danger” rapper was indicted of first-degree rape and kidnapping charges.

According to KSLA12 News, Mystikal, born Michael Lawrence Tyler, 46, and two other people were indicted by a grand jury on charges of first-degree rape and second-degree kidnapping. The charges stem from an incident at a Shreveport casino where Mystikal had been performing on October 22, 2016.

The rapper’s bond has been set at $3M.

Also indicted was a man named Averweone Darnell Holman, 26, and a woman named Tenichia Monieck Wafford, 42. However, the latter was only charged with obstruction of justice.

In late August, ystikal turned himself in after a warrant had been issued for his arrest. Details are still scarce as to what actually occurred during the incident.

He maintains that the rape charges are “bogus.”

Back in 2003, Mystikal pled guilty to sexual battery and served about 7 years in prison before his release in January 2010.
