It seems streetwear is poised to have another monumental drop in the coming year. Supreme and BAPE are rumored to be working together on a new collection for 2018.

Last night (September 24), streetwear insider @dropsbyjay (“Jay Preme”) took to Instagram to leak news about the two brands teaming up.

“Although it’s still early in the process Supreme & Bape are said to be teaming up together for a second Collaboration after first coming together in 2002. Hype on this will be insane most likely coming next year. What would you like to see from these two brands this time around? 🙊🙉🙈🐵.”

The speculation was only furthered when Supreme buff @TheSupremeSaint reported the same news. “Breaking: Rumor that Supreme x Bape teaming up for a collab next year Thoughts? .”

This is not the first time the two brands have worked together as they released a series of box logo t-shirts back in 2002. If these rumors are indeed true this would make for a hell of a release date considering the cult following each brand has.

Does this mean Supreme hater @YMBAPE_ will be fighting himself? We can only hope.
