Lupe Fiasco has officially reconciled with his record label and is set to release his latest album.

As previously reported, Lupe called out Atlantic Records at a concert saying that they were stalling the release of his completed project Lasers.

Before that, a number of Lupe fans planned to protest the company on “Fiasco Friday”, a day where’d they’d gather outside of the label office and demand the album’s release.

Now the protest may officially be off since the rapper has met with Atlantic Records executives.

Lupe tweeted a picture to his fans last night of himself and Atlantic Records President, Julie Greenwald with the caption; “Victory.”

Since then a new release date for Lasers has been set, March 8, 2011.
