Sony is planning to release a new Michael Jackson CD this December, but Michael’s kids are saying that the singer is an imposter.
According to TMZ, Sony is determined to release the album for Christmas, and believes the songs are all authentic. Sony claims that MJ and his kids were in New Jersey when he recorded the tracks with producers in 2007.
However, sources say that Paris and Prince now believe some of the songs on the album are fakes and do not have Michael’s voice. Howard Weitzman, lawyer for the estate, had experts listen to the tracks and all of the experts concluded it’s Michael’s voice on all the tracks.
Other members of the Jackson family also believe that some of the tracks are not Michael either, but no one is yet to make a formal announcement or show any signs of filing a lawsuit.
