According to the LA Times, rap mogul Marion “Suge” Knight was arrested on an outstanding traffic warrant early Saturday as he left a restaurant at Universal City Walk.
The arrest took place right after Knight walked out of an unidentified restaurant about 12:30 a.m. He was then stopped by sheriff’s deputies, who discovered that he was wanted on a minor traffic warrant issued recently in Beverly Hills, according to Sgt. Shawn Ruda.
Knight was brought to West Hollywood, where he was cited and released and hour later, with the agreement that he appear in court within about two months.
Despite his long history of illegal actions, Knight, who was not doing anything wrong when he was stopped, voluntarily agreed to talk to the deputies.
